When we read about the early church in the Bible, the importance of connecting with God's family is clear. Acts 2:46-47 (NLT) says, "They worshiped together at the Temple each day, met in homes for the Lord’s Supper, and shared their meals with great joy and generosity – all the while praising God and enjoying the goodwill of all the people. And each day the Lord added to their fellowship those who were being saved."
At New Harvest Church, one of the primary ways we facilitate connecting with God's family is through Life Groups. A Life Group is a small group of adults (typically 6-12 people) that meets regularly for a year or more to dive deep into God's Word, apply biblical truth together, build authentic relationships, and "do life" together. Life Groups are the ideal place for sustained life change to occur. If you want to grow in your relationship with Jesus, it is key to have intentional relationships with people who have the same goal.
